Open the CricsApp mobile app and follow this path:
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the in-app option, email us from the email address associated with your CricsApp account. Include your registered email address or mobile number so that we can verify your request.

After verification, your CricsApp account and associated personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate record-keeping purposes.
What may be retained
Some historical cricket information, such as match scorecards and statistics, may be retained where necessary to preserve cricket match records. Any information that must be retained will be limited in use to the applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, or record-keeping purpose.
